STUDENTS: To register you will need to fill out the online registration form, send a ‘personal statement’ and a ‘statement from your supervisor’ to Peter Falus and Klaus Habicht, and copy to school segretariat. Registered students will receive feedback of the selection starting from mid-May. Once accepted you will need to fill out the student travel form to be returned to Peter Falus and Klaus Habicht, and copy to school segretariat by the date specified in the form header. Fee payment details are reported in a specific section (general information) of the student registration form. Deadline for student registration and travel forms is the 10th June 2017.

Participants should arrive in EMCSC in Erice not later than 12:30 p.m. on the 1st July. Departures are from 12:30 p.m. on the 8th July

All bank expenses are at participants’ charge. Should the net amount transferred to the bank account be less than the requested amount, the difference will be charged to participants at the conference.
Alternatively we can accept cash-only payment in Erice at the registration desk on the the 1st of July. Please note credit cards cannot be accepted for payment of the registration fee.
School fees include the accomodation, breakfast, lunch, evening meal, teaching and all course materials.
Fee. (Period 1st July- 8th July 2017) Students are kindly requested to pay the all- inclusive fee of 1000 € per participant student plus 100 Euro per day for each accompanying person (if any). The participation fee is unbreakable, independently of the number of days you stay at the Conference, whereas the accompanying persons are charged €120 on a daily basis.
